The great actress Marta Millà, well known for her character in “Ventdelplà”, recites the great poets of Islamic Sufism: Ibn Al Arabi de Murcia, Rumî, Al Gazhali, Attar, Halag… On this occasion, with a preference for a great Murcian poet , “sheyck al-akbar”, “the teacher of all teachers”. Nur Ensemble (Maia Kanaan, viola, percussions, vocals; Muhammad Yusuf Mayans, ûd, percussions, vocals; Pedro Burruezo, voice, guitar, percussions) provides a magical, dreamlike, enchanting soundtrack… An evening where mystical poetry merges with music aimed at the hearts and souls to exalt them. A show that has been presented with great success at the Barcelona Poetry Festival, in the cycle “Poetic Silences, Poetry and Music in the Centenary of Vinyoli, Monastery of Pedralbes”, at the Caldetes Poetry Festival… “Earthly Love” and “spiritual love” merged “into a common longing: the union with the other, with a unique beat, beyond the form through love, the heart and the joy of living”. 60 minutes of words and sounds that tell us about that love that doesn’t obey conventions, that love that doesn’t understand measures, spaces or time…
