Mitus Aurell began his pictorial activity at the beginning of the 80s, completely self-taught. Using a heterodox technique, synthetic enamel on wood, he begins a very personal path, outside the dominant criteria in Catalan painting of the time. Unfortunately, with the new century, his artistic activity began to decline, until he stopped in 2006, due to a degenerative disease.
His family has promoted this website, made by Altervideo, to preserve his memory and show the work of this unique painter, author of a work, full of poetic and formal hits.
